A: Students can contact the Office of Student Affairs directly for guidance on scholarships, including the Student Loan Fund (SLF) and grants. They can use all communication channels of the Office of Student Affairs.

Q: I have questions about scholarships and the Student Loan Fund (SLF).

A: You can check announcements or call for information about the SLF and the Income Contingent Loan (ICL) at https://www.facebook.com/loan.bsru or call 024737000 ext. 1305, 1300.

Q: Are there scholarships available for students?

A: Yes, when there are announcements for scholarship applications, the information will be provided. Keep an eye on the announcements.

A: The university provides accident insurance for all students, as specified according to their curriculum.

A: Students should request a new ID card at the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration following the provided procedure.

Q: I can’t print the application fee invoice.

Q: I have paid, but it still shows that I haven’t paid.

A: The payment system updates within 2-5 days (excluding public holidays). If it still shows unpaid after this period, you can call to check or see announcements from the Finance Office at https://www.facebook.com/financebsru or call 024737000 ext. 1200, 1202.
